Kibler Fowler & Cave is pleased to announce Partner Matt Cave has been named to the Daily Journal’s 2023 “Top 40 Under 40,” which honors exceptional lawyers in California under the age of 40. The Daily Journal highlighted Matt’s diverse litigation practice, including a recent win in federal court on a post-trial motion for judgment as a matter of law, which vacated a jury verdict awarding damages in a disability discrimination case against Matt’s client, as well as Matt’s representation of the photographer who immortalized the gorilla Harambe in a lawsuit for copyright infringement based on the unauthorized use of his work.
Matt regularly litigates and tries cases in state and federal courts throughout California. His litigation expertise is in real estate, entertainment and complex business disputes.
