
Manvinder “Manny” Singh is a Staff Attorney in the firm’s New York office. He contributes to firmwide discovery strategy and supports select trademark matters. Manny brings experience in intellectual property and entertainment law, with particular emphasis on trademark and copyright matters. His interests also include the evolving legal landscape surrounding artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.
Before joining the firm, Manny served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Hon. Lance P. Evans in the New York Civil Supreme Court, where he worked on a wide range of civil matters. In that role, he conducted legal research, drafted court orders and memoranda, and assisted in managing litigation from pre-trial through disposition.
Manny regularly speaks at CLE programs on cutting-edge topics in intellectual property, including the intersection of law and AI. He is active in the legal community through his involvement in several professional organizations, including the American Inns of Court, the Conner Inn of Court, the Queens County Bar Association, the New York County Lawyers Association, and others.
Manny earned his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law, where he received an Alumni Scholarship and concentrated his coursework in intellectual property and entertainment law. He later earned his LL.M. in Intellectual Property from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he further deepened his focus on copyright, trademark, and emerging technologies. During law school, he interned with the Honorable Jerry Iannece of the New York Criminal Court and later served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Lance P. Evans of the New York Civil Supreme Court.
