Anna Hunanyan

Biography

Anna Hunanyan is an experienced litigator who represents clients in complex commercial disputes in federal and state courts. Her practice focuses on business litigation, including antitrust matters, class actions, and other commercial disputes. Anna works closely with clients to develop practical litigation strategies and guides them through all phases of a matter, from early case assessment through resolution.

Prior to joining Kibler Fowler & Cave LLP, Anna practiced at Scott+Scott, where she focused on complex antitrust litigation and competition matters, including multidistrict litigation and class actions involving alleged market-wide conduct and pricing practices. Earlier in her career, Anna was an associate at Milbank LLP, where she represented financial institutions and international companies in domestic and cross-border transactions and regulatory matters.

Anna’s representative matters prior to joining Kibler Fowler & Cave:

• Member of litigation teams representing producer and purchaser plaintiffs in multidistrict antitrust proceedings involving alleged price-fixing and market allocation in the agricultural sector.
• Assisted in the prosecution of antitrust claims involving credit-scoring practices and alleged anticompetitive conduct affecting financial markets.
• Counseled corporate clients on matters involving the global enforcement of competition laws and coordination of related proceedings across jurisdictions.
• Represented financial institutions and international companies in complex regulatory and transactional matters, including cross-border issues.

Anna earned her J.D. from Boston College Law School, her Master’s in International Relations from Columbia University, and her B.A. in Business Economics from UCLA.
