Managing Partner Michael Kibler was invited to speak once again at the Practising Law Institute (PLI)’s “Drafting and Negotiating Corporate Agreements 2026” program on February 2 in San Francisco, his fourth consecutive year as a featured speaker. Mike’s presentation, “When the Deal Goes Wrong: Enforcing Corporate Agreements and the Importance of Boilerplate,” examined best practices for drafting effective pre-dispute provisions, forum selection, choice of law and jurisdiction, indemnification clauses, and provisions for capping damages and shortening the statute of limitations.
