Managing Partner Michael Kibler was invited to speak once again at the Practising Law Institute (PLI)’s “Drafting and Negotiating Corporate Agreements 2025” program on February 3 in San Francisco – marking his third year in a row as a featured speaker. Mike’s presentation, “When the Deal Goes Wrong: Enforcing Corporate Agreements and the Importance of Boilerplate,” explored key topics such as drafting effective pre-dispute provisions, forum selection, choice of law and jurisdiction, as well as strategies for enforcement in foreign jurisdictions.
