Ashley brings a wealth of experience in complex commercial litigation and white collar matters, strengthening the firm’s ability to serve clients facing high-stakes disputes and regulatory challenges.
Ashley represents companies in a broad range of litigation, from business disputes to internal investigations and compliance reviews. She has advised clients on anti-corruption and compliance programs, and regularly navigates complex regulatory environments across industries and jurisdictions.

Prior to joining the firm, Ashley practiced at Hogan Lovells LLP. She earned her J.D. from UCLA School of Law, where she served as Chief Managing Editor and Interim Editor-in-Chief of the UCLA Law Review, and externed for the Honorable Stephen Reinhardt of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
