Kibler Fowler & Cave Welcomes Associate Sarah Malik

Los Angeles, CA, July 9, 2025 – Kibler Fowler & Cave LLP is pleased to announce that Sarah Malik has joined the firm as an Associate in our Los Angeles office. Sarah represents clients in civil litigation, with a focus on employment and securities matters. She brings a practical and diligent approach to litigation strategy, early dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining Kibler Fowler & Cave, Sarah represented clients in a wide range of civil litigation and arbitration forums, including FINRA and JAMS. Her experience includes defending employers in wrongful termination, harassment, and discrimination cases, as well as representing financial institutions in customer disputes, Form U5 expungement claims, and interpleader actions. She has also advised corporate clients on compliance with pay transparency laws, workplace violence prevention requirements, and data privacy obligations.

Sarah earned her J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law, where she served as President of the Moot Court Program and placed among the Top 4 in the school’s intramural Moot Court Competition. She holds a B.S. in Communications from Cornell University.
