Kibler Fowler & Cave Team Obtains Dismissal with Prejudice of Claims in Delaware Court of Chancery

In a victory for Kibler Fowler & Cave’s Financial Services Litigation practice group, The Honorable Kathaleen McCormick, Chancellor of the Delaware Court of Chancery, dismissed breach of contract and tortious interference claims against Firm clients Siris Capital Group, LLC and Triangle Private Holdings II, LLC.

On February 6, 2023, the Delaware Court of Chancery entered final judgment in favor of Firm clients Siris Capital Group, LLC and Triangle Private Holdings II, LLC following the Court’s dismissal of all claims against our clients with prejudice.

On September 14, 2022, Managing Partner Mike Kibler argued the motion to dismiss before Chancellor McCormick in Wilmington, Delaware, and on December 12, 2022, the Court entered an order dismissing the claims with prejudice and without leave to amend.
