Kibler Fowler & Cave welcomes appellate litigator Stephen F. Raiola as Counsel resident in the Firm’s New York City and Philadelphia offices. An emerging member of the Third Circuit’s Appellate Bar, Stephen has served as counsel of record on a certiorari petition before the U.S. Supreme Court and has experience in over a dozen appellate matters across six federal circuits, the U.S. Supreme Court, the New York State Appellate Division, and the Pennsylvania Superior Court.
