Nathan Park, Michael Carnevale, and Dominique Caamano—to Partner, effective January 1, 2026. All of them are currently Counsel at the Firm. Nathan, Michael and Dominique each brings varied and extensive experience in complex commercial litigation, arbitration, and investigations, further strengthening the Firm’s capabilities on both coasts.

S. Nathan Park focuses his practice on international business litigation, arbitration, judgment enforcement, and regulatory investigations, frequently involving multi-jurisdictional disputes across Asia, Europe, and offshore financial centers. He has represented hedge funds, multinational corporations, and financial institutions in investor-state arbitrations, cross-border enforcement actions, and fraud-related disputes, including a three-week UNCITRAL arbitration trial in Geneva and the successful cross-border enforcement of a $920 million judgment. A native Korean speaker, Nathan is a co-president of the Korean American Bar Association of Washington D.C. and comments regularly on major publications such as Politico and Foreign Policy as an expert in Korean economy and politics. His practice at KF&C, frequently represents, or litigates against, Korean companies and individuals in U.S.-based litigation and arbitration. Michael Carnevale represents clients in high-stakes commercial litigation in federal and state courts and before arbitral tribunals. His practice encompasses securities, antitrust, insurance coverage, real estate, intellectual property, and complex business disputes. Michael has secured victories for Fortune 500 companies and financial institutions, including obtaining summary judgment for a national retailer in securities litigation, defending a large commercial bank in nationwide benchmark rate litigation, and prevailing before the Kentucky Supreme Court on behalf of investment advisor clients. He has also guided companies through investigations by the SEC, DOJ, and FTC, and has represented clients in complex class actions and appellate matters. Before joining KF&C, Michael was a litigator at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in New York and prior to Simpson served as a law clerk on the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Dom Caamano is a seasoned trial and investigations lawyer with extensive experience in both criminal and civil litigation. She represents individuals and companies in complex international and domestic civil disputes, investigations, enforcement actions, and trials. Dom has served as lead counsel in jury trials and successfully briefed matters before the Ninth Circuit and the California Supreme Court. Her representative work includes defending the CEO of a publicly traded company in a parallel federal criminal and civil insider-trading action that ultimately resulted in no conviction, and advising individuals and companies in responding to government investigations, and conducting internal investigations involving financial crimes, employment issues, and compliance risk assessment. Before joining the firm, Dom served as a criminal Assistant United States Attorney, practiced at Skadden Arps, Hogan Lovells US LLP and Susman Godfrey LLP, and clerked on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
