New York, NY, September 11, 2023 – Kibler Fowler & Cave LLP announced today that it has elevated Daniel J. Stujenske, a seasoned trial lawyer with more than a decade of experience litigating complex commercial matters, to Partner. Dan has also been named Head of the Firm’s New York office.

Dan’s practice focuses on a variety of complex commercial litigation and arbitration, including in the real estate, finance, insurance and reinsurance, pharmaceuticals, and retail and consumer products industries. Dan has handled a wide range of disputes, including breach of contract litigation and arbitration, insurance coverage litigation, company-threatening class actions, and false advertising litigation between competitors. He also counsels clients on contractual and advertising matters in non-litigation and pre-litigation contexts.

Dan has been Counsel at KF&C since the founding of the Firm in January 2020. He was previously an associate and then counsel at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP. He received a J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a James Kent Scholar, and a B.A., cum laude, from Georgetown University. He is admitted to practice law in the state and federal courts of New York and Pennsylvania.
