Amidst all the sadness and angst, some good news: Kibler Fowler & Cave is thrilled to welcome the newest member of our growing litigation team, Senior Associate Adam Pullano! Before joining us, Adam clerked in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, and was a litigator at Simpson Thacher (NY and LA) and Reed Smith (LA). Adam has extensive state and federal complex commercial litigation experience in a variety of areas, including securities, insurance coverage, false advertising, legal malpractice and healthcare litigation. He has run cases from start to finish, including through appeals, and has already spent significant time in the courtroom (as a clerk and an advocate). Adam is very active in the LA legal community, and is a past recipient of the Public Counsel Pro Bono Award for his tireless work with the Center for Veterans’ Advancement. Outside of work, Adam loves to cheer on his Duke basketball team, which he believes would have won it all this year—a proposition Mike strongly disagrees with (#SetonHall #Hallin, Myles Powell, Big East & National Player of the Year).
