Shiqi (Sara) Borjigin is an Associate at Kibler Fowler & Cave LLP. Sara’s practice focuses on complex commercial and business litigation in state and federal courts, and arbitrations. She has represented individuals and corporate entities in a wide range of matters involving a variety of areas, including contract disputes, trade secret, insurance coverage, professional liability, employment law, and consumer class actions.
Prior to joining the firm, Sara worked at Squire Patton Boggs and two boutique litigation firms in Los Angeles. Her previous experience included representing businesses and financial institutions in multiple class action lawsuits, and obtaining a seven figure settlement for an individual client in a partnership dispute lawsuit.
Sara holds a Master’s degree from University of Pennsylvania in Counseling Psychology and she received her J.D. from USC Gould School of Law. While in law school, Sara externed for Hon. Richard L. Fruin at the Los Angeles Superior Court. Currently, she serves as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (“CASA) of Los Angeles, advocating for abused and neglected children in the child welfare system.
