Managing Partner Michael Kibler spoke at the Practising Law Institute’s “Drafting and Negotiating Corporate Agreements 2023” program on February 6 in San Francisco. Mike participated in a panel titled, “When the Deal Goes Wrong: Enforcing Corporate Agreements and the Importance of Boilerplate,” which covered topics including early considerations when drafting pre-dispute provisions, forum selection, choice of law and jurisdiction; and enforcement in foreign jurisdictions.
