Managing Partner Mike Kibler Becomes Board Chair of Covenant House California

On July 1, 2022, Managing Partner Mike Kibler became the Board Chair of Covenant House California. CHC is a non-profit youth homeless agency with a $20 million annual budget that provides sanctuary and support to youth, ages 18-24, throughout Southern and Northern California who are experiencing homelessness. Its mission: “We believe that no young person deserves to be homeless; that every young person in California deserves shelter, food, clothing, education … and most importantly, to be loved.”  Covenant House provides a full continuum of services to meet the physical, medical, emotional, educational, vocational and spiritual needs of young people experiencing homelessness. We provide them with a chance at success in life as they transition from our streets into independent productive lives that many of us, who had better starts in life, tend to take for granted.

Mike has been on the CHC Board for the past nine years, most recently serving as Vice Chair and Executive Committee Member for the past three years. And, Kibler Fowler & Cave has supported Covenant House since the Firm’s inception, which has included donating a percentage of the Firm’s profits to Covenant House during the early months of the pandemic (that happened to coincide with the early months of the Firm’s existence)

If you think Mike is a cool guy (he claims to be) and that the Covenant House mission is a righteous one (it actually is), consider making a donation here. Every dollar helps.
